Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
1. Fulfillment Cycles
We operate on a deliberate fulfillment cycle. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume "drop" periods, please allow up to 10 business days for tracking information to update.

Pre-orders: Items marked as pre-orders will ship according to the timeline noted on the product page. If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the final item is manifest.
2. Domestic & International Transit
We ship globally, acknowledging that distance and regional infrastructure dictate delivery velocity.

Domestic (US): Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 days post-fulfillment.

International: Transit times vary significantly by destination (usually 10–21 days).

Customs & Duties: For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record. You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local fees. We cannot undervalue shipments or mark them as "gifts."
3. Address Integrity
The accuracy of the delivery destination is the responsibility of the buyer. Our system pulls the exact data entered at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an Insufficient Address or Unclaimed status, we will contact you.

Re-shipping fees will apply to move the physical goods back into transit.
4. Risk of Loss
Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier, the transfer of ownership is complete. Awful Records is not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps or lost after successful delivery. > Note: If your tracking says delivered but you don't see it, please wait 24 hours (carriers often scan early) and check with neighbors before reaching out.
5. Tracking & Communication
Automated tracking is sent to the email address provided at checkout the moment a label is generated. If you haven't received an update, check your spam filters—the data exists, it just may be obscured.
